If you experience anything at the store that hinders your enjoyment of coffee, please do not be afraid of filing complaints against the store or the company by calling Customer Service. Needless to say, coffee is serious business. I’m sure many of you pay big bucks for your addiction - I know I do. Most of the time, customer service will be more than willing to compensate you for your dissatisfaction. Oftentimes they will send you gift cards to refund you. This is obviously meant to bring you back to the store, but hey, it’s free coffee, right?
